Windows Art Walk 2023

You're Invited!

Vote for your favorite painting Saturday July 22 (4-8PM) 
 

Paintings will be installed July 7, at Kensington Square in the storefront windows of Corrigan Podiatry, Body Wave Pilates, Nail Art Studio, JDSG, Stella Mia, Mezza, and REM. Then join us for a relaxing evening of art on July 22, 4-8 pm. Walk the square to select your favorite painting in storefront windows, enjoy light refreshments, engage with artists painting on site, live music by jazz saxophonist Helen Willmer, guitarist / vocalist C LA C I, and restaurants, Mezza and Stella Mia, offering Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. Vote for your favorite painting and experience the WAW art exhibit in the JDSG gallery showcasing abstract works by DePolo, botanical pieces by Hopkins and paintings by the JDSG artists created in a variety of subjects and styles.

Call for Artists Windows Art Walk 2023

JDSG, located at Kensington Square 28719 Center Ridge Rd. Westlake, OH 44145 is hosting its third Windows Art Walk. This event is free and open to the public. Paintings will be on display in the storefront windows at all times for two weeks with additional pieces exhibited at JoAnn DePolo Studios & Gallery.

The Art Walk ends on July 22 with an outdoor / indoor art reception at JDSG with artists at work, live music, lite refreshments and restaurants open.

Please notify JDSG of your intention to participate via email at artistjoanndepolo@gmail.com by June 23.

Entries Due: June 30, 2023, 3:00pm

Painting Delivery Dates: June 29, 4:00-8:00PM & June 30, 10:00AM -3:00PM Paintings Installed July 5,6,7 Exhibit / Art Walk Dates: July 7 – 22, 2023

Reception & Voting: July 22, 4-8PM Ballots Counted / Winners Announced & Raffle July 22, 8:30PM - Reception ends at 9:00pm Painting

Pick Up Dates: July 27 4:00-8:00PM, July 28 10:00AM – 3:00PM

How to Enter: Please reply with your intention to participate with the number of paintings. Storefront window space is limited. Printed application and release forms are available at JDSG or request an application be emailed to you by completing the contact form at www.joanndepolo.net. The application, release form and the painting tags will be emailed to you. Complete all sections of the application and release form, print them and bring all with your art to JoAnn DePolo Studio & Gallery.

Paintings, application and entry fee dates to JDSG are June 29, 4:00-8:00PM & June 30, 10:00AM - 3:00PM Paintings up to 30 inch x 40 inch in size accepted Application and Fee - $45 first entry and $10 each for up to two additional entries.

People’s Choice Award: The event is free and open to the public. Visitors to Kensington Square at the reception on July 22 will vote for their favorite painting with 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd place cash prizes awarded.
