Come & Create at CCPL Parma South Branch & Shiloh Middle School

I really enjoyed working with the Shiloh Middle School students in the After School Cafe' organized by the Cuyahoga County Public Library Parma South Branch. These students are AMAZING! They are wonderful artists and showed tremendous interest in learning a new creative process. I will be visiting Shiloh and Greenbriar Middle Schools each week in the month of March introducing students to painting techniques employed by master artists. This week is Jackson Pollock. Students created canvas works as well as Pollock influenced shirts while learning interesting details about this artist's life.

Students learned that this creative process involves more than just throwing paint

Everyone used a unique painting approach

 Appreciating Individuality!

Great Artists and Great Art...who could ask for more!
More to come...Watch for weekly updates.
